The Inaugural Day For Night Winter Arts and Music Festival is going down in Houston, TX on Saturday December 19th & Sunday December 20th! This new event promises to present a fresh approach to music festivals by creating a fully immersive journey through a collision of light & sound that will be spread out amongst three stages. The musical talent at Day For Night is STACKED from top to bottom with a diverse array of multi-genre talent that cross a multitude of generational boundaries. The musical lineup at Day For Night is packed with some of the best in progressive dance, pop & hip hop. Those sounds will be complimented by a plethora of mind-blowing art & light installations that have been curated & designed by some of the world’s most creative and innovative artistic minds.
Saturday’s musical lineup is led by dance music pioneers, New Order, experimental rock greats, Battles and 21-year old EDM phenom, Madeon.
Sunday boasts what is arguably an even more impressive lineup topped by the prophetic rhymes of Kendrick Lamar and complimented by EDM fan favorites Dillon Francis & Dan Deacon, beat junkies Flying Lotus & Nicolas Jaar, the progressive rap/rock hybrid of the ever-allusive Death Grips and a dip into the world of synth drenched chill-wave with Com Truise.
